[车史]百年风雨话奔驰[78P]
奔驰汽车,一个几乎全世界无人不知的汽车品牌。从汽车诞生直到今天,奔驰汽车的发展史不仅仅是一个传奇,更是代表了人类汽车工业的发展史。自从奔驰制造了第一辆世界公认的汽车后,一百多年过去了,汽车早已度过了他的百岁寿辰,而在这一百多年来,随着汽车工业的篷勃发展,曾涌出现很多的汽车厂家,也有显赫一时的,但最终不过是昙花一现。到如今,能够经历风风雨雨而最终保存下来,不过三四家、而百年老店,却仅只奔驰公司一家。我们现在所提到的奔驰汽车公司并不是由奔驰先生一人创办的,它是两大汽车巨人的合作,他们就是汽车发明的鼻祖卡尔·费利特里奇·奔驰和戈特利布·戴姆勒。1926年这两大汽车公司合并为一家形成了戴姆勒·奔驰公司。此时戴姆勒早已去逝。而奔驰也已经是82岁高龄了。然而造化弄人这两位汽车发明巨匠不知什么原因,虽然两人分别在仅距80km的两座小城内,却从未见过一次面。成为汽车史上的一大憾事。但他们的继承人不负众望,使两位伟人所开创的事业得以发扬光大,使奔驰汽车公司成为了世界上第一流的汽车公司。

斯图加特的历史可以追溯到1000年前。公元950年左右,一位公爵看中这里青山环绕,水草丰美,于是把这里辟为养马场。13世纪这里发展成一座要塞。14世纪符腾堡伯爵迁来府邸。此后,符腾堡伯国国势日隆,升为公国、王国,都城斯图加特的地位也步步提升,市区逐渐扩大。1871年德意志帝国宣告成立,符腾堡王国作为一邦加入,斯图加特遂成为帝国西南重镇。从19世纪中叶起,斯图加特开始工业化,各类工厂如雨后春笋破土而出,市区所在的盆地显得过于窄小,于是工厂企业逐渐向坡地发展,向郊区发展,形成大斯图加特工业区。第二次世界大战中,斯图加特饱经战火,13世纪以来逐渐发展形成的市中心,皆成废墟。现在市中心许多建筑物都是50年代期间重建的。战后,斯图加特的经济发展更是蒸蒸日上。它已成为德国人均收入最高、失业率最低的城市之一。
