<P><BR><FONT face=新宋体 size=2>Nu-Rave，英伦的Klaxons<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%C0%D6%B6%D3">乐队</SPAN>为自己冠以的<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%D2%F4%C0%D6">音乐</SPAN>风格名称。<BR>在此举背后，我们可以看到三个原因：</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=新宋体 size=2>2. 免得传媒为他们乱扣帽子；</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=新宋体 size=2>3. 乐队不讳直言Nu-Rave之说法，其实是纯粹是搞搞噱头而已，即是说他们开创了一个新的音乐流派，他们就是Nu-Rave系的龙头大哥掌门人云云。<BR><BR>到底由Jamie Reynolds、Simon Taylor和James Righton三人所组成的Klaxons如何受到Rave的熏陶？他们可会是一支二一世纪的Indie-Dance乐团吗？经过了Gravity’s Rainbow、It's Not Over Yet和Golden Skans等<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%B5%A5%C7%FA">单曲</SPAN>之后，在乐队的首张<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%D7%A8%BC%AD">专辑</SPAN>Myths Of The Near Future里大家可以找到一个答案。<BR><BR><SPAN style="COLOR: blue"><FONT color=red><STRONG>狂野主义</STRONG></FONT></SPAN><BR>何为Rave？Rave是在八十年代末至九十年代初期在Acid <SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=House">House</SPAN>爆发后触发起的强大电子跳舞音乐运动，当年得以席捲英伦乐坛，大大小小的非法货仓派对(即正宗的Rave Party)在各地如雨后春笋般举行。<BR><BR>当年从Rave体系不但引伸出Techno Rave、Hardcore Rave(Jungle之前身)，甚至连Indie音乐圈也遭受感染。像The Stone Roses、Happy Mondays、James等Madchester乐队，抑或Loaded时期的Primal Scream等等，都以Indie-Dance的音乐姿态跨界至Rave Scene。<BR><BR>那么以Nu-Rave自居的Klaxons会是试图将Indie-Dance的精神作薪火相传吗？那又不尽然。虽然Jamie、Simon和James三人平均年龄才二十四岁，当Rave爆发之时，他们还是乳臭未乾的黄毛小子。但Nu-Rave之称，是他们要对那个跳舞音乐文化横扫英伦的年代作出追祟，更何况结他手Simon本身亦热衷跳舞音乐，听独立音乐之餘也会买Dance Nation合辑，蒲Happy Hardcore派对。<BR><BR><SPAN style="COLOR: blue"><FONT color=black><STRONG>折衷性音乐精神</STRONG></FONT></SPAN><BR>反而，Klaxons的最大目的，是要跟「后Libertines」世代的结他乐团作出抗衡，打造出赋予折衷性音乐精神的歌曲。毕竟主唱兼灵魂人物Jamie Reynolds曾在唱片店工作达八年之久，他的音乐聆听经验，亦得以引伸至在Klaxons身上。<BR><BR>他们起初曾先后分别在Angular Recording Corporation和Merok Records等独立厂牌旗下限量发表过Gravity’s Rainbow及Atlantic To Interzone这两张单曲，继而受到Polydor之青睞，正式加盟这所主流公司旗下。<BR><BR>在Klaxons的首张专辑Myths Of The Near Future内，当中包括重灌了好几首他们早年的曲目。唱片甫出版，即进佔英国榜亚军位置。<BR><BR><SPAN style="COLOR: blue"><FONT color=royalblue><STRONG>狂喜功能</STRONG></FONT></SPAN><BR>碟内十一首曲目，最Rave最具狂喜功能的，我诚然只有两曲：Atlantis To Interzone的前奏令我联想到The KLF甚至早年Prodigy的先声夺人Rave之音，急疾的Disco-Punk曲风下，有著极Massive的狂野舞池能量；Four Horsemen Of 2012有如EMF的Dance-Rock歌曲。<BR><BR>像Gravity’s Rainbow亦是一首调子热热闹闹的Disco-Punk歌曲，而多於甚么Nu-Rave。向跳舞音乐追祟，有重玩Paul Oakenfold爱将女歌手Grace的1995年魅惑Pop House大热作It’s Not Over Yet，换上是一种悽迷Post-Punk阐释。其实当年早在处男单曲Gravity’s Rainbow背面，他们已曾翻玩过三人组合Kicks <SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=Like">Like</SPAN> A Mule的1992年Rave大热作The Bouncer。<BR><BR><FONT color=yellow><SPAN style="COLOR: blue"><STRONG><FONT color=yellowgreen>从太空到部落</FONT></STRONG></SPAN><BR></FONT>论美妙的声音，那定必是新单曲Golden Skans，歌曲的浪漫而清爽之处，伴以流丽的和唱，极具英伦80’s Pop的素质，一举击败了此前大热的artic monkeys夺的了07年的英国水星音乐大奖，让很多行家大跌眼镜。</FONT></P>
