又到一年退伍时[40P]

铁打的营盘流水的兵
当初冬的寒风吹进了军营，树上的叶子渐渐稀少，士兵们都知道，一年一度的退伍工作又要开始了。
两年以前，他们怀揣着家乡人民的殷切希望，背负着亲人的叮咛嘱托，怀着那份从小时候就做起的军营梦，踏进了部队这个大熔炉。或许这个世界上没有比军人更平凡的职业，也没有比军营更平凡的岗位。大多数的老兵都是从农村走出去的，在部队短暂的两年里他们虽然离开了家乡却没有跳出农门，依然坚守在偏僻的边关哨所，驻扎在隔壁沙漠。在这里没有缠绵的爱情，却有着亲兄弟般的友情，一起风吹日晒一起摸爬滚打，一起站岗放哨一起娱乐聊天。
军营生活可能就要结束了，在这短暂的两年中他们中的大部分没有干出什么惊天动地的大事，也没有获得过任何奖励，但是我想他们应该还是有收获的。生活的真谛不在于结果，而在于过程。军营无疑是最苦最累的地方，军营给予军人的最宝贵的东西恰恰就是一种历练，一种精神，一种自豪，这种历练在老兵以后的生活中将起到无形的支撑作用。
