◎簡　　介　
     某晚，警察局來了壹個不速之客軍（王寶強 飾），他向當值探員報稱自己殺了五個人，但他既說不出與受害者關系，又不能描述出受害者被殺過程或遇害地點。原來只是計劃把五人殺死。探員在記下軍的聯絡住址後便把他驅逐，在探員眼中，他只是壹名無聊的精神不正常者。可是不久，督察漢（劉青雲 飾）駐守的區域卻發生了壹件凶殺案：死者形狀恐怖，漢認爲這種處死方法帶有不尋常的動機，不到壹星期漢接手另壹宗凶殺案，死者也是壹名男子，死于壹個廢置的機械工場。他的死法十分殘酷，死者的雙腳被強行穿上細尺碼的紅色高跟鞋，腳面和兩側都釘上了十多口的鐵釘。漢在翻查全港可疑人物和案例時，看到了當天軍前來自首的記錄。漢馬上帶隊前往軍的住所進行搜查，可是屋內空無壹人，除了大量古舊童話書外，並無可疑之處。但這時候漢還不知道，壹張被精密預設的大網張開了，而結局卻更是匪夷所思，難以預料。
