韩 国

　　一、基本情况

　　韩国的基础教育包括小学6年，初中3年，高中3年共12年；高等教育专科2—3年，本科一般4年，医科（含韩医、牙医）6年；研究生教育分硕士和博士两个阶段：硕士一般为2年，博士一般为3年。韩国实行三级学位制：学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。


　　专科毕业只发毕业证书，不授予学位；4年制本科毕业后发毕业证书，同时授予学士学位；医科6年毕业后发毕业证书，也授予学士学位，但可以申请攻读博士学位。


　　韩国实行专科教育的机构称“专门大学”；实行本科教育的机构为大学校（一般为综合性大学）、大学；实行研究生教育的机构为“大学院”，中国称研究生院，“大学院”多数设在大学校里，也有单独设立的“大学院”。
　　

　　韩国的高等教育机构根据设立形式和经费来源渠道，分为国立、公立、私立三种，除个别公立学校可以由设立的地方政府自行批准外，都必须经国家教育主管部门批准，国家认可的高等教育机构都必须接受国家教育主管部门的监督和管理。


　　韩国高等教育机构的授课语言通常使用韩语，也有少数课程的授课语言为英语。


　　目前韩国共有国家认可的专科大学159所，提供本科和本科以上教育的普通大学198所。


　　韩国的“学院”主要是由社会力量创办的非学历教育机构。

　　一、基本情况

　　澳大利亚教育由联邦政府及州政府负责。


　　澳大利亚现有39所大学，分布在州和地区。除两所私立大学外，其余为公立大学。澳大利亚大学及高等教育机构执行全国统一的学历学位及高等教育文凭体系。


　　澳大利亚的职业教育与培训机构(VET)包括公立技术与继续教育学院（TAFE）和私立职业技术学院。公立技术与继续教育学院一般由政府拥有和管理。私立职业技术学院一般由企业公司、私人和专业组织拥有和管理。职业教育与培训机构提供种类繁多的课程。

一、 基本情况


新西兰的高等教育机构包括大学、技术学院和教育学院。


　　到目前为止，新西兰共有8所公立大学。这些大学开办一系列的标准学位课程，其中包括理科、文科和近年来兴起的商科和信息科学。


　　新西兰的技术学院 (综合技术学院)目前共有20所，提供各种职业及技术训练，包括短期课程和三年制、四年制的专业学位、文凭、证书课程。部分技术学院和大学可以互相转换学分(例如商科)，学生在技术学院所修某些课程学分为大学所承认，其毕业后入读大学可以免修有关课程。


　　新西兰有4所独立的教育学院，由政府拨款承担为小学、中学、幼儿教育中心和特殊教育机构培训师资的任务。


　　新西兰大学的学位由新西兰大学校长委员会下设的学术委员会批准，而技术学院及极少数私立高等教育学校所授的学位由新西兰资格认证局(NZQA)负责审批和监督。

　　一、基本情况

　　南非高等教育机构包括大学（University）、理工学院（Technikon）和教育学院。南非有21所大学（其中南非大学和维斯特大学以远距离教育为主）、14所理工学院（其中南非理工学院以远距离教育为主）、109所教育学院（主要包括教师培训学院、农业和护理学校）。大学和理工学院均为南非国家教育主管部门认可的国立高等院校，可以颁发学士学位及以上的文凭证书。
　　南非质量认证机构（The South African Qualification Authority, SAQA）负责用南非的国家标准对来自海外的教育文凭和教育资格进行认证。外国学生的国内文凭和学分必须经SAQA的认证和评估，大学以SAQA的认证和评估结果作为录取依据。

　　南非大学没有预科课程，对来自非英语国家的学生,学校一般在入学前进行语言培训。

　　南非政府规定，高中毕业可以申请去南非留学，大多数学校不要求语言成绩。但以学习英文为由赴南非的留学生，其学习签证一般不能延长，也不能转到南非的大学和理工学院去学习。

　　根据南非的法律，不允许外国学生打工。

塞浦路斯学校名单

  

　　一、基本情况

　　塞浦路斯高等教育分公立与私立两种。

　　塞浦路斯大学(University of Cyprus)是全国唯一的一所公立大学，主要以希腊语授课，以招收本国学生为主，只招收少量外国学生。外国学生入学需通过严格考试。

　　塞浦路斯多数私立高等学校以专科教育为主（学制两年），少数有本科教育（学制四年）。其中部分私立高等学校以招收外国学生为主，有的全为外国学生。塞浦路斯私立高等学校的办学规模、质量不一。2000年,塞浦路斯成立了“教育评估与质量鉴定委员会”，开始对私立学校所设专业进行评估。

　　根据塞浦路斯法规，禁止外国留学生打工，违反者将被遣返。

荷兰学校名单

　　　　一、基本情况

　　荷兰的高等教育机构包括研究型大学、高等专业教育学院、国际教育机构。

　　研究型大学, 通常称为University, 共13所，以教学和科研为主。

　　高等专业教育学院, 通常称为Hogeschool或University of Professional education, 以培养应用型人才为主，学生经四年的专业学习，可取得学士学位。一些高等专业教育学院还设置硕士学位课程，一般使用英语授课，学制一年左右，国外申请者一般要求具有学士学位或相当水平的学位。

　　国际教育研究机构，通常称为 International Education Institute，招生对象主要为外国学生，一般用英语授课，主要开设硕士研究生课程，学习期限为一至两年。要求申请者具有学士学位或同等学历。有些国际教育机构与荷兰的大学合作，为获得硕士学位后的学生提供继续攻读博士学位的机会。

　　荷兰对外国学生入学通常都要求具备良好的英文基础。荷兰的英语语言中心很少，学费比较昂贵。外国学生也可以先攻读荷兰语，然后选择以荷兰语开设的课程。

　　经批准，外国学生在荷兰学习期间可以有条件打工，在当年9月到次年6月上课期间，学生每周打工时间不得超过10小时。
