第一阶段:准备工作
原料:手擀面半斤(楼下买的),土豆一个,豆角一把,圆菜菜叶几片,葱姜蒜若干,猪肉一小块

土豆削皮切条,豆角去丝掰段

圆白菜取几片切条,葱姜蒜切碎,蒜要多些

第二阶段:下锅开做
锅里下油,比平时炒菜多些, 油热下花椒粉,肉,大料粉

翻炒(这时候好香,特意来一特写)

肉变色后下葱姜蒜末(记得留一部分蒜末)翻炒

下土豆,炒

土豆透亮了,豆角颜色变深了,下酱油,比平时炒菜多一点

炒一会,倒凉水,盖锅盖,大火烧开,转中小火炖,水的量比平时炖菜多些,要盖过菜吧

炖到用筷子可以夹烂土豆了,把圆菜盖在菜上,再炖一会儿

一小会儿圆菜就好啦,水也炖得差不多了,下盐,稍微多一点

把面铺在菜上,尽量均匀,盖盖,中小火焖(盖子一定要严啊!)

焖上7\8分钟,就行了,当然要是水多了,就得多焖一会儿,不要问我水少怎么办..水少就会造成下面已经糊啦,上面面还没熟的严重后果...所以一开始水就宁多不少啊...

关火,加蒜末,加一点醋,拌开(蒜和醋随个人口味)

关于这张说明如下:
1.是直接把生面铺上去焖的,之前面不用蒸熟;
2.这张是已经焖完的面,就是看到面条已经变胖了,然后透亮,就表示面熟了.
